Terms of Use

What Dealivery is
Dealivery is a free tool that uses AI to identify products from photos and suggest where they might be cheaper online across UK retailers. We don't sell anything, hold inventory, or process payments.
Prices are estimates
The prices shown are AI-generated estimates based on recent UK market data. They are not guaranteed to match the price at the retailer. Always confirm the live price on the retailer's own site before buying. Dealivery is not responsible for differences between our estimate and the retailer's actual price, stock level, or delivery terms.
Outbound links
"Buy at…" buttons take you to a third-party retailer. We have no control over their site, prices, stock, or checkout process. Your purchase is a contract between you and the retailer, not us.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Dealivery to scrape, mass-query, or otherwise abuse our APIs.
- Upload content that isn't a product photo (e.g. people's faces, anything illegal).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or break the service.
No warranty
Dealivery is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep prices realistic and the service running, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealivery is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. This includes overpaying based on a price we showed, items being out of stock, or delivery issues.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect any change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
